Introductions:
The MEGAJET model P380 series is capable of power input
up to 380 horsepower and flows* approaching twelve
gallons per minute at 40,000 psi. It is the most
advanced and efficient high-horsepower water blast
pump in the industry. Combining the strength and
the durability of a proven power end workhorse with the
unparalleled simplicity, serviceability, and versatility
of the fluid end design, MEGAJET bare shaft
pumps are the best choice for those building their
own system or replacing a complicated, worn, or
unreliable pump.
The equipment can convert the fluid end to 2800 bar 45L/min.

High pressure water jet is water as the medium, through the high pressure generating device, so that the water gets huge energy, with a specific fluid movement mode, from a certain shape of the nozzle at the speed of a bullet jet energy concentration of a stream. This water flow because of its high speed, and itself has a certain mass, so it has a high kinetic energy, it is launched like a series of pellets, can complete a lot of complex process tasks. Due to the unique mechanism of high pressure water jet hitting solid materials, under certain conditions, in some cases where metal knives cannot play a role, high pressure water jet has shown unique advantages. Its damage to the solid surface is not only a positive impact, but also a tangential impact. When the jet is fired at the solid wall, it turns into tangential flow. This high-speed tangential flow washes the surface with the broken material initially stripped off, thus improving the cleaning and scaling effect. In addition, when there are cracks on the solid surface, the jet produces a "water wedge" effect, expands the crack, accelerates the development of the crack, and contributes to the peeling of the dirt layer. When the striking force of the water jet is greater than the crushing capacity of the substance removed, the cleaning and descaling effect can be achieved.
