Product Description
Megajet high pressure cleaning machine is water as the working medium, usually, the power drive pump through the water to complete a suction, discharge process, the ordinary water into high low flow rate of water, and then transported to the high pressure pipeline, so that it with a certain amount of energy to reach the high pressure nozzle. The aperture of the high pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high pressure pipeline, so the water reaching the high pressure nozzle must be accelerated to pass through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can convert water at a high and low velocity into a low pressure and high velocity jet. The ejected high-pressure water jet tangentially or positively impacts the surface of the cleaned object, and constantly shocks the cleaned surface, making the dirt fall off. Therefore, the use of a high-pressure cleaning machine is a physical cleaning method.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
Three-pillar plug high pressure pump
The three-plunger high pressure pump uses the engine power to form the high pressure water output. The high-pressure pump is divided into two parts, the power end and the hydraulic end. The power end contains the components driving the pump, which is also known as the "crankcase" because it contains a crankshaft. The hydraulic end contains the components for use to determine the output pressure of the high-pressure pump, mainly including the pump head, combination valve, packing function, plunger, water seal, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, etc. Power end lubricating oil: 85W-90.
FLUID END REPLACEMENT PARTS
Ultra-Filter
The stainless steel precision filter has six 30 inch 5 micron high precision filter elements filter bags to provide clean water for the pump set. There is a pressure gauge above the filter to observe the water supply pressure of the equipment (the water pressure should be between 1bar and 3bar), and there is an air discharge outlet, where the operator should vent the air through the filter during startup.
Fuel Tank
The equipment is equipped with a fuel tank of about 350L fuel tank, which ensures the continuous operation of the equipment for a long time. The oil tank is equipped with oil level sensor.
Control Panel
The control panel has an emergency stop button, key switch and throttle control button. Real-time monitoring of engine speed, fuel oil volume, engine water temperature, engine oil pressure and other parameters.
Battery
The equipment is equipped with a set of 24V maintenance-free batteries, and the main power supply switch is set on the circuit to open the main switch when starting the equipment and close the main switch when the equipment is disabled.
Booster Pump
The booster pump is used to provide sufficient water pressure for the equipment, connected to the engine by a belt of SPB1490.
Regulating Valve
The pressure regulating valve is used to adjust the working pressure of the equipment in the range of 0~1400 bar. When working, the use pressure is adjusted through the handle on the top of the valve body. The rear of the pressure regulating valve is used to export the excess flow. This return pipe flows directly to a drain through a water pipe (it can also be connected to the inlet end of the equipment but not recommended)
Pressure Gage
The pressure gauge is used to display the system pressure in real time.
Safety explosion-proof Valve:
Passive overpressure protection device, in the high pressure water jet equipment can prevent the system pressure is too high to protect the system safety, role, better guarantee the system and operation safety, when the system pressure over blasting pressure limit, blasting will implement blasting, so that the water flow from the explosion-proof base, makes the system pressure relief.
POWER EDN REPLACEMENT PARTS
Prepare for working:
1. Park the equipment in a hard, flat plane.
2. Check the height of the engine coolant level and the oil level height. Refer to the engine manual for more information.
3. Check the oil level in the plunger pump, and the correct oil level should be between the middle and the bottom of the oil level window. If the window cannot see the oil level, the lubricating oil type in the pump body: heavy load gear oil 85W-90.
4. Check the filter element in the filter, and replace it if necessary.
5. Check all the screws at the joints of the equipment to ensure that the screws are fastened.
6. Connect the water supply hose and verify that the drainage valve is closed.
7. Open the water supply valve and drain the air in the filter to ensure that any valve on the water inlet pipe must be opened.
8. Install the outlet high pressure hose to the outlet of the equipment, and install a safety lock between the hose and the equipment.
