Equipment Introduction

 Megajet high pressure cleaning machine is water as the working medium, usually, the power drive pump through the water to complete a suction, discharge process, the ordinary water into high low flow rate of water, and then transported to the high pressure pipeline, so that it with a certain amount of energy to reach the high pressure nozzle. The aperture of the high pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high pressure pipeline, so the water reaching the high pressure nozzle must be accelerated to pass through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can convert water at a high and low velocity into a low pressure and high velocity jet. The ejected high-pressure water jet tangentially or positively impacts the surface of the cleaned object, and constantly shocks the cleaned surface, making the dirt fall off. Therefore, the use of a high-pressure cleaning machine is a physical cleaning method.

Surface Cleaning Rotary Nozzle

MEGAJET Four-hole rotating nozzle is a flat cleaning nozzle. The highest working pressure is 2 8 0 0 B A R, the lowest is 1500 BAR, the higher the pressure, the higher the nozzle speed. Instructions
* Recommend a small amount of wearing parts, use grease and special tools.
* It is recommended to replace the high pressure seal each time when disassembly, otherwise it is easy to produce repeated disassembly action. Therefore, it is recommended that when the number of high pressure seal is less than 1 group, the high pressure seal components should be purchased in time for replacement and maintenance.
* When using the nozzle, it is necessary to replace different large and small nozzles according to the different scale of the blow, so it is recommended to use two to three sets of nozzles as backup. For example, if you need to hit a single scale, it is recommended to equip 2-3 sets of nozzles of the same size as backup.
* The head shield recommends two spare times for each head. The cover can protect the nozzle from backsplash and extend the service life of the nozzle.

Removing and Installing
MEGAJET During the disassembly and installation of the rotary nozzle, special disassembly tools should be equipped. Anti-occlite should be applied to the thread connection parts. The locking moment is 50N / m. Overforce locking and unlocking are prohibited. The copper sleeve top moment is 12 N/m.
During the disassembly and installation of the rotating nozzle, the basic cleaning of the disassembly site shall be ensured.
During the disassembly and installation of the rotating nozzle, prohibit the knock and overforce disassembly.
The whole nozzle component is equipped with special disassembly tools for high pressure seal, and no new purchase is required. In the case of any combination of accessories, it is not equipped with special tools and nozzle toolbox.

Operation Instructions
Using a four-hole rotating nozzle should be equipped with a short gun, which should be equipped with a overflow valve or a pressure cut-off mechanism to release pressure quickly. When used, the overall length of the shotgun (including the length of the flat head itself) must be greater than the length of the operator's arm to the heel to ensure that the operator does not accidentally injure the foot when using the washer. It is recommended that the operator weighs at least three times the thrust produced in normal working conditions. Select the appropriate nozzle model to install on the nozzle, and it is recommended to use the antiocclusal agent on the nozzle thread to prevent the biting between the nozzle and the nozzle.
Attach the four-hole rotating nozzle to the shotgun. Before connecting the high pressure hose and the short gun, wash the high pressure hose to ensure that there is no dirt in the high pressure hose and affect the normal use of the product. After the high pressure equipment is ready, the overflow and pressure release system shall be tested for normal operation before the equipment pressurization reaches the normal working pressure. Common Problem Solving

* The nozzle does not rotate
First of all, manually rotate the spray head to check whether the interior is rough and difficult to rotate. If it is, the cleaning head must be reinstalled or repaired. If the nozzle starts to rotate but as the pressure rises down or stops rotating, it indicates that the two bearings may be installed in reverse. If there is a blockage, please remove the nozzle and remove the blockage. Do not push the nozzle plug directly into the nozzle body, otherwise it will cause the nozzle to plug again. If none of the above problems appear, the nozzle and nozzle may be installed wrongly. Please check whether the size of the nozzle, the nozzle model and the flow rate are installed correctly according to the subsequent table.
* The nozzle rotates too fast
Check whether the hexagon screw in the nozzle shell is loose or falls off, causing the deceleration copper sleeve to rotate together with the magnet. If so, tighten the screw or install a new screw, check whether there is oil on the outside of the nozzle, the grease is, does not leak. When the cleaning head lacks grease or rotates, the water seeps into the body, the best practice is to replace the old grease in the shell. Check the shaft core oil seal for damage to prevent grease leakage. If damaged, replace the new oil seal in time. Finally, if the nozzle still rotates at high speed and quickly wears the high pressure seal, check whether the internal deceleration magnet magnetic reduction does not have a deceleration effect.


* Sealed water leakage
When the pressure is several thousand psi, the high pressure seal will leak, and the leakage will stop after the pressure gradually rises. If the pressure rises to the working pressure, the seal is still leaking and the high pressure seal needs to be replaced. After replacing the seal and the sealing seat, there is still water leakage in the cleaning head. Please check for scratches on the inside of the shaft core and check the sealing pin for scratches. If there are scratches, please apply for a new sealing needle.

* Seal wear is not too fast
Remove the cleaning head and check that the seal seat is properly installed and for scratches or gaps. Check the sealing seat and seal pin and replace the seal seat or seal pin with scratch marks or grooves.



Daily maintenance of products
* After the nozzle, it is recommended to operate the cleaned matrix for half a minute.
* After the use of the nozzle, it is recommended to blow dry the moisture in the shell with compressed air and dry it for preservation.
* Use the nozzle for about 40 hours, grease should be added from copper sleeve wire 324.
* During nozzle use, the plane head cover 310 should be replaced when it is badly worn.
* During the use of the nozzle, when the lock nut 315 connects the overflow of the single hole overflow, replace the sealing needle connecting the seal 313.
* During the use of the nozzle, when the nozzle does not rotate, please check the bearing rotation of the phenomenon, if there is a lag, need to be replaced.
* When the nozzle is used, the nozzle is blocked and the outlet line diverges, the nozzle should be cleaned or replaced in time.
* During the use of the nozzle, in case of water intake or oil leakage in the rotating body, please replace the upper and lower oil seal of the rotating body in time.
* During the use of the nozzle, when the nozzle does not rotate, please check the bearing rotation of the phenomenon, if there is a lag, need to be replaced.
During the use of the nozzle, when the nozzle is blocked and the outlet water line diverges, the nozzle should be cleaned up or replaced in time.
* During the use of the nozzle, in case of water intake or oil leakage in the rotating body, please replace the upper and lower oil seal of the rotating body in time.
* During the use of the nozzle, when the overflow of the eight-hole part of the locking nut 315 affects the pressure seriously, the nozzle should be removed to check whether the high pressure rotary seal 320 is seriously worn, check whether the high pressure sealing seat 319 is seriously deformed, check the contact part of the high pressure sealing pin 312, check whether the high pressure seal part of the rotating shaft 321 is seriously worn or obvious aperture increases, and after the above parts are completed, it should be replaced when necessary
* The nozzle overflow port leaks during the nozzle use, and the nozzle connection seal 322 shall be replaced.
