The traditional arrangement of using high-pressure water jet to clean the grille plate and skid of the painting room of the automobile painting production line is to plan the main engine room and the cleaning room of the high-pressure cleaning equipment on the first floor of the painting workshop. Civil professionals make drainage pits and waterproof floors, public professionals configure power electrical interfaces, water source interfaces and air source interfaces between equipment hosts, and equipment professionals arrange stainless steel non-power rolling beds and install grille worktables in the cleaning room. The high-pressure cleaning equipment is arranged between the main engine and connected with the high-pressure spray gun, through which the workpiece is cleaned in the cleaning room. This traditional layout of centralized cleaning requires a large number of paint booth grilles and skids to be cleaned to be transported to the cleaning room and then returned to the appropriate station. However, due to the large self-weight of the grille plate of the spray booth, the grille plate attached with paint fog is bonded to the fixed bracket of the grille plate, which is very inconvenient to disassemble; Moreover, the grille plate is installed on the second floor, and the lifting equipment needs to be carried out frequently; The cleaning process takes a long time, in order not to affect the painting production, it is generally necessary to configure two sets of grille plates. This centralized cleaning layout is time-consuming, laborious, and the working efficiency is very low, which can not adapt to the requirements of high-tempo and high-capacity painting production line.

In order to overcome the above shortcomings, on-line high pressure cleaning equipment came into being. The composition of the on-line high-pressure cleaning equipment is basically the same as that of the traditional layout. The main difference is that interfaces are arranged at different positions in the spray room as access points to connect execution units (such as high-pressure spray guns); The high pressure pipes and manual valves from the ultra-high pressure cleaner to the access points of the spray booth are added, as well as the corresponding control system; The work unit used for cleaning operations in the painting room is not limited to the high-pressure spray gun, but also can choose the ultra-high pressure surface cleaner with higher efficiency and less effort.
