Megajet high pressure cleaning machine is water as the working medium, usually, the power drive pump through the water to complete a suction, discharge process, the ordinary water into high low flow rate of water, and then transported to the high pressure pipeline, so that it with a certain amount of energy to reach the high pressure nozzle. The aperture of the high pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high pressure pipeline, so the water reaching the high pressure nozzle must be accelerated to pass through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can convert water at a high and low velocity into a low pressure and high velocity jet. The ejected high-pressure water jet tangentially or positively impacts the surface of the cleaned object, and constantly shocks the cleaned surface, making the dirt fall off. Therefore, the use of a high-pressure cleaning machine is a physical cleaning method.

Three-piston high pressure pump
Three-piston high pressure pump uses motor force to pressure water to form high pressure water output. The high pressure pump is divided into two parts, force end and hydraulic end. The force end contains the components of the drive pump. It is also known as "crank end" because it contains a crboom. The hydraulic end contains the components to determine the output pressure of the high pressure pump, mainly including the pump head, set valve, packing function, plunger, water seal, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, etc. Model of lubricating oil in pump: heavy load gear oil 85W-90.
Ultra-Filter
There is a 20-inch 5-micron high-precision filter bag to provide clean water quality for the pump group. There is a pressure gauge above the filter to observe the water supply pressure of the equipment (the water pressure should be between 2bar and 5bar), and there is an air discharge outlet that allows the operator to vent the air through the filter at the opening time.
Electric Cabinet
The internal electrical products of the electric control box adopt the original Chint brand, which ensures the reliability and insecurity of the electrical control. The electric control box is equipped with work indicator, fault indicator, emergency stop button, start and stop button, etc.
Booster Pump
The booster pump is a multistage vertical centrifugal pump, which can provide sufficient water pressure for the equipment.
Pressure Gage
The pressure gauge is used to display the high-pressure water pressure of the system in real time.
Pressure Sensor
The pressure sensor is used to monitor the system pressure and is displayed on the operation panel in real time (optional).
Cooling water valve
If the cooling water valve is used to control the cooling water flow of the plunger and the oil cooler, the size of the cooling water quantity can be controlled by adjusting the opening size of the valve.
Warning: This valve is not allowed to close. If the cooling water flow cannot be guaranteed, it will cause plunger fracture, crankshaft damage and other faults

Prepare before Working
Park the equipment in a hard, flat plane.
Check the oil level in the plunger pump. The correct oil level should be between the middle and the bottom of the oil level window.If you can not see the oil level from the window need to carry on the injection, pump body oil model: Heavy Duty Gear Oil 85W-90.
Check the filter bag in the filter. Line replacement, if necessary.
Check all the connection screws of the equipment. Make sure that the screws are all in a fastened state.
Connect the 1-inch water supply hose and verify that the drain valve is closed.
Open the water supply valve to drain the air in the filter. Ensure any valves on the pipe must open.
Install the outlet high pressure hose to the outlet of the equipment and install the safety lock between the hose and the equipment.

Operation of the pump
Please read the instructions carefully before running the equipment.
Connect the power supply of the equipment (choose national standard cable to prevent the equipment from burning the standard), the power supply voltage is not 10% of the rated working voltage; the starting mode of the high voltage pump motor is frequency conversion.
Turn on the power switch and make the "power indicator" light on; check whether the emergency stop button is in the pull state, check the "missing phase / reverse phase" indicator light. If the light is out normally, switch the three-phase 380V power supply. If the light is on, check whether the three-phase power supply is too low.
Connect the water pipe and open the water source; press the "boost pump" button, the "booster pump operation" indicator light is on, the booster pump starts working and the "water pressure" indicator light goes off (if the light is on, check whether the water source checks whether the filter bag (filter rod) is too dirty, observe the filter pressure gauge, the water pressure must be more than 0.1MPa higher).
Press the "big pump" button and start the big pump running; when the "big pump running" indicator, start slowly turn the "speed control knob". Observe the value in the first row of the frequency converter control panel before the user can operate the pressure regulator and overflow gun after reaching 30.00Hz.
