Megajet high pressure cleaning machine characteristics

 Megajet high pressure cleaning machine is water as the working medium, usually, the power drive pump through the water to complete a suction, discharge process, the ordinary water into high low flow rate of water, and then transported to the high pressure pipeline, so that it with a certain amount of energy to reach the high pressure nozzle. The aperture of the high pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high pressure pipeline, so the water reaching the high pressure nozzle must be accelerated to pass through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can convert water at a high and low velocity into a low pressure and high velocity jet. The ejected high-pressure water jet tangentially or positively impacts the surface of the cleaned object, and constantly shocks the cleaned surface, making the dirt fall off. Therefore, the use of a high-pressure cleaning machine is a physical cleaning method.

Triple Plungers HP Pump:

This pump consists of 2 main parts: power end and fluid end;

The normal pressure water is driven by power end to become high pressure water;

The power end is mainly made of gear system;

The fluid end consists of pump head, combined valve, plungers, water seal,

pressure-adjustable valve, gauge, etc.

Lubrication oil model for pump: 75W-40

Accurate Filters:
 

Stainless steel accurate filters include 3 pcs of filtration cores of 20" and 5mm, which provide the pump assembly with clean water.

Gauge above filters is installed to observe water pressure(1-3bar is normal); near the gauge there is a air-draining port, which is used to drain off air in filters when starting.

 

Fuel Tank:

The capacity of fuel tank is 60L, which will guarantee the long work of the machine. Oil position sensor is designed there.

 

Control Panel:
 

Real-time monitoring for rotary speed of engine, fuel mass, engine water temperature, engine oil pressure, etc.

Emergency stop button, keys and accelerator control button are mounted in this panel.
 

 

Starting Battery:
 

A 12V maintenance-free battery is set in this machine, which includes the main switch in the circuit. The main switch should be turned on while starting and off while stopping.

 

Pressure-adjustable Valve:
 

This valve is sued to adjust working pressure of the machine, ranging from 0 to 600bar. 6-angle bolts and nuts on the valve body will control the actual pressure. Return pipe on the side of this valve is used to release redundant flow rate. This pipe

is connected to input port of this machine, also can be drained via a water pipe directly.

This valve also can be worked as a safe valve to protect the system.

Booster Pump:
 

This pump is used to supply sufficient pressure to the machine via a belt with the motor. Belt model is SPB1070.
 

Gauge:
 

The gauge is used to show real-time system pressure.
 

Preparations:
 

1. Mounted the machine on hard and plat ground.

2. Check the level of cooling liquid and engine oil.

3. Check oil position of plunger pump; the right position should be between middle

and bottom level. If it cannot be seen, please re-fuel gear oil 85W-90.

4. Inspect filter cores.

5. Inspect and ensure all bolts and nuts are in tighten conditions.

6. Connect water-supplying soft tube and ensure draining valve is closed.

7. Open water-supplying valve and drain off air in filters. Make sure that all valves in

water input circuit are opened.

8. Install high pressure soft hose to the machine and use lockers between hose and

machine body.
