PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Megajet high pressure cleaning machine is water as the working medium, usually, the power drive pump through the water to complete a suction, discharge process, the ordinary water into high low flow rate of water, and then transported to the high pressure pipeline, so that it with a certain amount of energy to reach the high pressure nozzle. The aperture of the high pressure nozzle is much smaller than the diameter of the high pressure pipeline, so the water reaching the high pressure nozzle must be accelerated to pass through the nozzle. In this way, the nozzle can convert water at a high and low velocity into a low pressure and high velocity jet. The ejected high-pressure water jet tangentially or positively impacts the surface of the cleaned object, and constantly shocks the cleaned surface, making the dirt fall off. Therefore, the use of a high-pressure cleaning machine is a physical cleaning method.

The high pressure pump is divided into two main components: fluid end and power end.
The pump head is also known as the "Fluid End" of the pump. The pump head includes the plunger, packing function, combination valve, high and low pressure seal, valve block, and other parts in contact with the water flow in the pump
The power end, sometimes called the "crankshaft end", includes the crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, crankcase, and other components necessary to convert the input power rotational movement of the equipment engine or motor drive into reciprocating motion to drive the pump head plunger. The pump head has three (maximum) pressures; 15,000 psi (1,035 bar), 20,000 psi (1,380 bar), and 40,000 psi (2,760 bar).

Safety precautions and warnings
★ When the pump group is running, the operator shall not be close to its moving parts, let alone dismantle it when the pump group is running.
★ The high-pressure pipeline actuator shall be kept away from the operator to avoid personal injury.
★ Regularly check the sealing of the inlet water and drainage pipe, such as air in the pipeline, to avoid equipment vibration.
★ When the oil surface in the tank is too low, the system water supply is insufficient and there is abnormal sound inside the pump group, it should stop in time to check and remove the fault
At the end of use:
★ pump group should gradually reduce the working pressure before stopping and run the empty load for 5-10 minutes before stopping.
★ When the ambient temperature is lower than 0ºC, if the pump leader is stopped, the residual water in the pump set and the pipeline must be drained to prevent freezing and components of the pump group.
★ Do not allow cleaning the parts of the pump unit with corrosive detergent.
★ In case of a major failure, the equipment operation should be stopped immediately.
