Three-plunger high pressure pump
Three-piston high pressure pump uses motor force to pressure water to form high pressure water output. The high pressure pump is divided into two parts, force end and hydraulic end.
The force end contains the components of the drive pump. It is also known as "crank end" because it contains a crboom. The hydraulic end contains the components to determine the output pressure of the high pressure pump, mainly including the pump head, set valve, packing function, plunger, water seal, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, etc. Model of lubricating oil in pump: heavy load gear oil 85W-90.

Precision filter
breaking rust steel precision filter has a 20-inch 5 micron high-precision filter bag, to provide clean water quality for the pump group. There is a pressure gauge above the filter to observe the water supply pressure of the equipment (the water pressure should be between 2bar and 5bar), and there is an air discharge outlet that allows the operator to vent the air through the filter at the opening time.
 

 

Electric control box
