2. Streamlined design, high-strength plunger structure. The hydraulic end is made of special stainless steel, with high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, able to effectively operate under continuous high-pressure conditions.
3. The combination valve is made of heat-treated stainless steel for durability.
4. The high-pressure water seal is made of a low-friction composite material of mixed glass/carbon fiber, ensuring friction-free operation. The plunger does not leak during movement, and the plunger cooling system allows for visual inspection of seal damage, reducing maintenance time.
5. The crankshaft is made of 4143H alloy, processed into a bearing surface after grinding and polishing, with high strength for sustained full-load operation of over 15,000 hours.
6. Separate structure for the power end and hydraulic end, easy for maintenance and upkeep.
7. Before delivering, the product undergoes a high-pressure test for not less than 36 hours at 3000 bar (300 MPa). The overflow valve is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant.

The ultra-high-pressure packing box is made of heat-treated special stainless steel for higher strength and greater toughness.

Flat Cleaning Rotating Nozzle

The flat cleaning four-hole rotating nozzle is a self-rotating short gun with a speed control system. It is lightweight, easy to maintain, and suitable for any type of high-pressure pump. The leak-free seal design inside the cleaning head, combined with the centrifugal speed control system, enhances the impact force on the cleaning surface and improves cleaning efficiency.
 

 

Passive overpressure protection device, in high-pressure water jet equipment, can prevent the system pressure from becoming too high, thereby protecting the safety of the system and operations.
